Every year, Jewish Family Services is lucky to get a Social Work Intern from the UNC School of Social Work. These students are with JFS from the end of August through April. JFS Interns have started many of the great programs at the agency including the Memory Café and the Intergenerational Pen Pal program. This year was no exception. The JFS Intern this year was Nathan Brunson.
Nathan did many things throughout the year at JFS including, but not limited to piloting our Support-a-Family Hanukkah program, working with clients, and helping out with the Active Aging Conference.
