No need to register. Every class is free for any JCC member. And every class is taught by nationally certified instructors.

Whether you’re looking to get in shape with fun, high-energy aerobics, or get out of your stressful day with soothing and relaxing Yoga, the Levin JCC provides a wide array of classes for endurance and strength, and for mind and body. The JCC is committed to providing workout classes for people of all ages and physical abilities – in a friendly and approachable environment. The Group Exercise program features drop-in group exercise classes that are free to members. All classes are held at our state-of-the-art fitness center in Durham, NC.

Our Group Exercise schedule offers a wide-range of workout classes, seven days a week. Classes include but are not limited to, indoor cycling, hard core and HIIT, group strength, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, chair assisted classes, water aerobics during pool season, NIA, Zumba® and much more. Class format and time vary depending on attendance and instructor availability. Strength & Stretch with Rebecca – 9:15-10:15am
Water Aerobics with Lisa – 9:30-10:30am
POUND with Rita – 10:15-11:15am
