Get in shape with a fun jujitsu workout, or try something new, like aerial silks. Whatever your interest, there’s something for everyone, and everyone is welcome!

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is focused on stretching and stillness of the mind. The vinyasa style flow will emphasize breath and stretching. Sequences are crafted to include modifications for prenatal and post-natal practitioners.
Day and time:  Mondays 10:30-11:15

Summer Aerial Conditioning  

we work low to the ground over thick mats

Conditioning work on and off the silks to build strength and flexibility.  No experience necessary.
Day and time:  Wednesdays 6:30-7:30. 8 weeks, July 11-Aug 29

Jujitsu is the ancient Japanese art of self-defense. The techniques taught in the class include escapes, encounters, throw, holds (and for advanced students) joint manipulation. The focus of the class is self-defense, physical exercise, and perfection of technique.
Day and time: Wednesdays and Fridays, 6-7:15pm
Ages: 13+
