A little extra goes a long way. Enroll in one of our specialty fitness classes to take your training to the next level. It’s worth it. Get in shape with a fun jujitsu workout, or try something new, like aerial silks. Whatever your interest, there’s something for everyone.
Our adult specialty classes are available to both members and guests for a fee, and members receive a discounted rate. Registration is required. Specialty class offerings may change each session, but past classes have included:

Registration Opens August 10! Class descriptions, instructors, and costs are listed below.
12 week classes: Weds Sept 6-Dec 10, make ups Dec 11-17. No class Sept 20, 21, 22 (Rosh Hashannah), Sept 29 (Yom Kippur) or Nov 20-26 (Thanksgiving)
Students learn to “fly” on fabric drapes, learning technique and building strength. Students work close to the ground in a safe, supportive environment. No experience necessary. Ages: 14+
Day and time: Tuesdays 10:30-11:30am
Cost: 12 weeks, $160 members, $200 guests
Learn how to connect moves and turn individual skills into a dance. Over the course of 10 weeks we will learn a full routine. Pre-requisites: basic & monkey climbs and foot lock in the air.
Day and time: Tuesdays 5:45-7pm
Cost: 12 weeks, $190 members, $240 guests
Jujitsu is the ancient Japanese art of self-defense. The techniques taught in the class include escapes, encounters, throw, holds (and for advanced students) joint manipulation. The focus of the class is self-defense, physical exercise, and perfection of technique.
Day and time: Wednesdays and Fridays, 6-7:15pm
