Pilates/Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor​

Sue has been in the health, sports, and fitness industry for over 45 years.  She taught physical education and health education and coached a variety of high school sports for over 25 years in New York State. Since moving to North Carolina she has continued to work as a personal trainer/fitness instructor and currently teaches and trains in a variety of studios and health facilities including a dance/exercise class for OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute). She is particularly interested in improving client’s functional fitness to create for them a better quality of life. Over these many years some of the degrees and certifications she has earned are:

Dancing since she was 3 years old, Sue loves to share her passion for all forms of dance. She was recently recognized by OLLI for teaching 25 sessions (6-11 weeks each) of a class she calls “If You Can Walk, You Can Dance” to senior citizens.  Watching ladies and gents ages 55-90+ dance through her classes is the ultimate reward gained from sharing her love of movement.
