Deep Water Workout
A cardiovascular workout targeting the large muscle groups of the body to improve muscular strength and endurance. For every age and fitness level, water aerobics are low impact, easy on the joints, and fun. Learn the basics of a deep water workout with a focus on position and posture. Held in the deep end of the pool, buoyancy belts will provide flotation to allow freedom of movement of the arms and legs.
Classes are free for Year Round and Summer Members. Contact the Director of Healthy Living, Pam Taylor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
