Young Adult Meetups

Between the Research Triangle Park and the numerous universities in the area, Durham-Chapel Hill is a hub for young innovative energy.  Although at this time the JCC does not offer a ton of young adult/young professional programming we are excited to offer you some awesome meet ups full of opportunities to meet people who share common interests and goals with you!

The Jewish Federation has just launched the meet up group Young Jews Who SchmoozeIf you’re new to the area, looking to meet new people, get more involved in Jewish life, or simply want to hang out with the people who invented “schmoozing” this is the group for you! We aim to cultivate a sense of community, togetherness, and belonging through social activities, professional networking, and community involvement. All are welcome in joining us to strengthen and connect the local Jewish community in a fun, casual atmosphere

Young Jews Who Schmooze upcoming events: Schmooze and Brews (Fullsteam Brewery, May 8th @ 5:30pm) to RSVP click here!  Join us at Fullsteam Brewery for a beer after work. Relax, socialize, and enjoy a drink on us. All are welcome, so come as you are, bring a friend, spouse, or even your dog for some quality happy hour schmoozing. We’ll be providing some pitchers throughout the evening and there will be Trivia at 9:00pm for anyone who wants to hang out for it.

Triangle Jewish GPS (Grads, Professionals, and Students) is an initiative to engage and unify the young adult Jewish population in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill communities that make up the Triangle Area of North Carolina.
